We know all-inclusive resorts, boutique hotels, beach clubs, cenotes, and private venues intimately. This is our home.

Our packages are designed to give you comprehensive, high-quality coverage of your wedding. They include full documentation of the day, professional editing of all photos, and a selection of sneak peeks delivered within the first few days so you can relive the most special moments right away.

For video, in addition to your highlight film or full wedding film depending on the package you choose, we include the complete speeches, edited and delivered individually, so you can keep every word exactly as it was spoken.

Everything is delivered through a high-resolution digital gallery, presented in an elegant, secure, and share-ready format.

We also offer optional add-ons such as drone footage, pre/post-wedding sessions, and our Wedding Content Creator service, perfect for creating Reels and vertical Instagram content on the same day of the event.

Some hotels charge a vendor fee when a couple chooses to work with a photographer or videographer who isn’t on the hotel’s official vendor list. This fee is part of the hotel’s internal policy and can vary a lot depending on the place.

In some cases, the vendor fee can even be higher than the cost of staying at the hotel, since they use it as a way to encourage clients to hire their in-house vendors. Even though it’s not always the most economical option, it does allow you to freely choose the professional you truly want to document your wedding.

The Riviera Maya is one of the world’s top destination wedding locations! We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak season (November-April). However, being based locally, we occasionally have last-minute availability, reach out and we’ll let you know.
